What Is KfW Funding for Burglary Protection?
The Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) supports owners and tenants with the investment grant “Burglary Protection – Grant 455-B”. Funding covers measures to protect against burglary, provided they are carried out by a qualified specialist company in accordance with recognised standards (DIN EN 50131 / VdS).
How High Is the Grant?
The grant is calculated on a sliding scale based on the eligible investment costs:
- 20 % for the first €1,000 of the investment (up to €200)
- 10 % for every further amount up to €15,000 (up to €1,400)
Maximum grant: up to €1,600 per residential unit / property!
